The full meter is divided into quarters, each of a different color. They are purple, blue, green and yellow in ascending order. Depending on which color you have reached, the properties of your move will change. Damage and knockback can increase, and some moves can also knock down or gain other special attributes. There are noticeable visual changes on some moves as well. The spirit move will drain itself passively.
It also decreases if you hit an opponent with a normal blocked or not. It will decrease greatly upon use of a special attack, whether or not the attacks hits. The way it affects your moves is largely random. Clarke, however, doesn't do any of her big survival plans alone. In fact, most of them aren't even her plans. She's definitely not the best hand-to-hand fighter amongst even just her people. Clarke is good with a firearm, and she's perfectly willing to shoot first, talk later.
She's not someone who can be put in a Conclave against a bunch of skilled warriors and survive without a little help. Clarke is a fighter , and a survivor, but she's no warrior. She might not be everyone's favorite, but Echo is certainly one fascinating addition to the show. Echo is definitely a great fighter.
She even teaches Bellamy a lot of Azgeda moves. Her skills, however, are more in line with someone who can hide in the shadows than someone who is going to fight someone head on. That largely comes from her life as a spy, but it's also because of her choice of weapons. One of Echo's best is the bow and arrow, which is something she can use from afar, keeping her from having to get up close and personal with her targets. Charmaine Diyoza is a name associated with a whole lot of crime in the history of The Starting as a villain , she admits that her beliefs led her down a dark path, and that's how she ended up in cryosleep on a prison ship.
Diyoza might have made some bad decisions, but she also proved herself an incredible fighter. Even while pregnant and trying to protect her unborn child, Diyoza could take out anyone in her path. Her history as a fighter sees her being recruited into the "last war" for humanity along with Echo and Octavia. The audience doesn't learn much about who Sheidheda was before he became known as the "Dark Commander" of the Grounders.
What the audience learns of him when he's first introduced in Madi's mind, however, is that he's a master strategist and manipulator.
